Most clients feel little to no pain during acupuncture. The needles used are extremely fine, much thinner than those used for injections. Some people experience a slight sensation as the needle is inserted, but it usually fades quickly. Our practitioners ensure that each session is comfortable and tailored to your needs.

Acupuncture is an ancient practice involving the insertion of very thin needles into specific points on the body to promote healing and balance. It’s based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which aim to restore energy flow, or Qi, within the body. By stimulating these points, acupuncture can help with pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Yes, our treatments are safe and performed by licensed, trained professionals. We follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols, using only single-use, disposable needles and high-quality herbal and natural remedies. Your well-being and safety are our top priorities.

The number of sessions depends on the condition being treated, your goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Acute issues may only require a few sessions, while chronic conditions might benefit from ongoing treatment. We’ll discuss a personalized treatment plan during your initial consultation.

Chiropractic care can be beneficial for a wide range of issues, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint issues, and musculoskeletal injuries. By aligning the spine and joints, chiropractic adjustments can relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical function.

We accept several major insurance plans for specific treatments, such as Triwest, HMSA, HMAA, and Kaiser, as long as your plan has coverage.

Currently, for Chiropractic Treatment, we only accept Triwest or cash. For therapeutic massage, we only accept Workers Compensation and Auto Accident claims at this time.

Please reach out to us to confirm your coverage and discuss payment options.

Cupping may leave temporary marks or "cupping marks" where the cups were placed. These marks are generally painless and fade within a few days. They’re a normal part of the process and indicate where stagnant blood has been drawn to the surface, aiding in healing.

Cupping is a technique where glass or silicone cups create suction on the skin, helping to release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and stimulate healing. This ancient therapy can alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance relaxation.

Herbal medicine can address various health issues, from digestion and immunity to energy and emotional balance.

Ideally, fertility acupuncture should start at least 3-6 months before attempting to conceive, whether naturally or through assisted reproductive techniques. However, even if you’re already in the process, acupuncture can still be beneficial.

Fertility acupuncture can support reproductive health by enhancing blood flow to the reproductive organs, balancing hormones, and reducing stress. It can be used alone or as a complement to fertility treatments like IVF, improving the likelihood of conception and supporting a healthy pregnancy.
